S mainly wanted some photos of her new baby, and then some of her other kids. this family was too cute. the older kids were such hams in front of the camera. if i allowed silliness, they would pull a 'real' smile, somewhere around the count of 3. fortunately for me, in their silliness they naturally started cracking themselves up which produced the best smiles. the brick shots were done by merely walking a half block down the street. pasadena has some great architecture.

Julia- this is one of my best friend's kids! What a surprise for me to see them on your blog. I had no idea that you knew the smiths! Great job on the photos. Her kids are adorable!
